Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All of our products are only produced after the payment is successful. It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday). If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

Our store applies the most cost-effective form of ground shipping. It is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their products delivered. Transit time averages 3-6 business days.

**Transit times are not guaranteed and may increase due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather
  • Time of Year (e.g. Winter Holiday Season)
  • Large or Bulky Items
  • Shipping Provider Error

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

1. US shipping

The US shipping cost is $5.99 per order.

Estimated shipping time: 3-6 working days

For Non-Contiguous States, US territories and US Armed Forces States (included Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, US Armed Forces States), the estimated shipping time: 5-10 working days

2. Europe Shipping

We ship to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

The shipping cost to Europe is $13.99 per order.

Estimated shipping time: 7-12 working days

3. International shipping

We ship to the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Singapore, Uruguay and Vietnam.

The shipping cost to these countries is $13.99 per order.

Estimated shipping time: 7-21 working days

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

We do not ship to countries which are not listed above.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks or possibly longer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to some countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

Due to the rapidly changing international shipping landscape as related to COVID-19, international transit times may be extended.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Teeveenee is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

 Teeveenee will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances

if the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package.

Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

 Teeveenee reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
