Cancellations and Returns
By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:
All of our transactions made through this website are authorized and processed by the payment gate of Drebest Pte. Ltd.
Cancellations
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day.
- Cancellations made within the first hour from purchasing time of the same day will be issued a refund (without Tip given by customers)
- Cancellations made after 1 hour but still within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day will be issued a 70% refund of order value (without Tip given by customers). Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied in this case. Remember, you cannot cancel or modify your order if it has progressed to an advanced preparation status.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, email us at: cs@teeveenee.com
Returns
Returns are not accepted. If you send us your order, it will no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package or the item(s) will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
In case your items match at least one of the following conditions, you will get replacement or refund depended on your decision:
- If the product itself is flawed
- If the quality of the printing is poor
- If the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site
